How to View Records in Files Imported from Legacy Online Giving

This topic shows you how to view records in files that were successfully imported into Offering from ParishSOFT's legacy Online Giving solution (now retired).  

  1. Open the Imports > Integration page.
  2. The History tab lists the files containing contributions and pledges that were previously imported into Offering from legacy Online Giving. 

The Batch Name column shows the name of each imported batch.

  1. To view the records in the imported batch file, complete the following:
    1. On the History tab, locate the batch that contains the records you want to view. Make note of the name.
    2. Open the Batches page. 
    3. Type the name of the batch in the Search box at the top of the page. Then, click  to search.
    4. The batch matching your search criteria appears on the page. If this is the right batch, select the batch name link to display the batch details.
    5. In the toolbar in the upper-right corner, click  to view the records in the batch that were imported into Offering from ParishSOFT's legacy Online Giving.
