By default, access to Development Manager is denied to all users. To access the application, explicit permission must be granted individually to staff by a user with Diocesan Admin rights.
This topic describes the steps required to give a staff user access to Development Manager. Follow the steps in the order given, skipping those that do not apply to a given user. For example, if you are giving Development Manager access to an existing staff member, he or she already has user account and an active assignment to your organization. Therefore, you would begin at Step 2.
Each staff user must have a user account and be provided with the necessary login credentials, which consist of a username and password. Login credentials authenticate the user when he or she logs in to ParishSOFT Family Suite.

To access the features and functions of Development Manager, the staff user must have an active assignment to the diocese.

Access rights to Development Manager are assigned within a staff member's record on the Diocese & Web Solutions tab. The staff record is accessed from the Staff List page in the Administration module.
