How to Add an End Date to Pledges

When you need to close out all pledges to a fund, use the Add Pledge End Date button in the fund record. For example, before starting to enter pledges for 2022, you could add an end-date of 12/31/21 to all Offertory pledges that started in 2021 so that contributions received after that date are not posted to the 2021 pledges. These instructions show you how to end date pledges to a fund.

This process adds an end date only to those pledges to the selected fund that have no end date.

  1. Open the Funds page.
  2. Find the fund record whose pledges you want to end date. To quickly find the desired fund, use the Search or Filter function.
