How to Review and Process Online and Manual Registrations

  1. In the Navigation Bar, select Registration to open the Registration page.
  2. Select the desired term in the Terms list.
  3. Depending on the type of registations you want to review, select one of the following options in the Registrants dropdown list:
    1. Online Registrations Not Viewed
    2. All Online Registrations
    3. All Manual Registrants

The Registration Responses grid updates to show the names of students matching your search criteria. Note that a red dot   to the left of a student's name indicates that their registration request has not been viewed. 

  1. Select the name of the student to open the slide-out panel. The panel shows you details of the registration request.
  2. On the right side of the panel, review the studen'ts requested session and grade. Then, do one of the following:
    1. If you approve the registration request, change the selections in the Session, Grade, and Class fields as necessary. Next, if you want to inform the parents that the request was approved, select the Send parent email about assignment checkbox. Finally, at the bottom of the panel click  to enroll the student.

      The student's name is then added to class roster and to the list on the Students tab on the Students & Volunteers page.   
    2. If you do not approve the registration, at the bottom of the panel click . Next, in the Request Denied Notification window, click the desired button to indicate whether you want to notifiy the student that their registration request was not approved.  

      The student's registration request is flagged as "Denied" in the Status column in the Registration Responses grid.
