How to Create an Attendance Report

The Attendance Report lets you generate a list of students shows their attendance status (for example, Present or Excused) on each class meeting date within the date range specified.

  1. In the navigation bar, open the Reports group. Then, select the Attendance option to open the Attendance Reports page.
  2. Select the  Attendance Report report tile. Then, do the following:
    1. Select the desired filter settings to narrow down the information included in the report. For descriptions of the Attendance report filters, go to Attendance Report Filters.
    2. Click .

The system downloads a PDF of the report to your computer. Follow your browser's process for opening downloaded files.

  1. Print the report as desired.
